Get started with the Reltio Inbox

Learn how to access the Reltio Inbox from the Hub.

Head on over to the Inbox and look at how you can view and manage workflow tasks in the Inbox, Team, Sent, and All tabs on the left panel. The number of active tasks is displayed for each of these tabs.

To access the Reltio Inbox:

  1. Log in to the Reltio Platform.

    Reltio opens on the Hub Dashboard page.
  2. On the top-right side of the Dashboard page, click the App selector and select Inbox.
    The Inbox main page is displayed.
  3. On the top-left side of the Inbox page, click the the Collapsed menu icon (☰) to display or hide the left navigation panel.expand or collapse the left panel.
    Using all the tabs (Inbox, Team, Sent, All) in the left navigation bar in Reltio Inbox, you can choose Select all option to select the tasks to apply multiple actions on these tasks.
    Note: The system displays the number of active tasks next to each of the four tabs.
  4. Select the tasks to apply multiple actions on these tasks.

  5. Clear the Select all checkbox.

    If you deselect the Select all checkbox, all tasks will be cleared, and the bulk-reassign menu will no longer be available.
