The following features and enhancements are included in this release to improve product capabilities, configuration workflows, and overall user experience.
Reltio AgentFlow™
AgentFlow™ is Reltio's new agentic operations suite that delivers prebuilt AI agents designed to automate data governance and business workflows. These agents operate on governed, real-time data in your Reltio tenant and inherit access, policies, and lineage from the Reltio Data Cloud™.
Each agent is designed to execute a specific task, from match resolution to workflow load balancing. AgentFlow ensures security, auditability, and role-based access (RBAC) by default, requiring no setup or scripting to get started.
- Data Explorer: Explore entity profiles and relationships in read-only mode
- Resolver: Analyze and resolve potential duplicates automatically with optional external enrichment
- Work Assigner: Redistribute workflow tasks across active stewards to maintain balanced queues
- Address Enricher: Validate and correct entity addresses using trusted external sources
- Product Recommender: Suggest personalized products using customer profiles, interactions, and graph signals
- Unmerger: Automatically audit and unmerge records that were incorrectly merged

Reltio Integration for Veeva Vault CRM™
Reltio Integration for Veeva Vault CRM™ enables a single, trusted view that improves engagement quality, speeds decisions, and reduces compliance risk without the cost and complexity of custom pipelines. It enables bi-directional sync of HCP/HCO profiles and relationships using production-grade Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) recipes.
Whether triggered by real-time events or scheduled jobs, the integration synchronizes the creation, update, merge, and deletion of entity records across platforms. Support for reference lookups and relationship sync keeps commercial data accurate, timely, and compliant.

Reltio Data Sharing with Databricks
Reltio Data Sharing with Databricks allows you to securely access AI-ready and trusted data from Reltio in near real time directly within Databricks, without moving or copying data. No traditional extract - load - transform (ELT) data pipeline steps required.
This Zero Copy integration enables you to build and consume analytics, BI solutions, and AI applications with trusted, governed data, while reducing compliance risks and avoiding the cost and complexity of data replication. It also allows you to access data in a simplified schema or a flattened format.

Unstructured Data Studio
Reltio Unstructured Data Studio unlocks the value of unstructured data, which lets you ingest documents like PDF, extract entities with AI, and map them directly into Reltio's intelligent data graph.
Here are its key features:
- AI-powered extraction: Ingest individual file(s) from sources like Google Drive, or S3. Automatically extract relevant entities, so data stewards can focus on reviewing, not retyping.
- Mapping to Reltio profiles: Extracted data is intelligently mapped to Reltio's data model.
- Approval workflows: All changes are routed through configurable approval steps through workflows.
- Document lineage: Source files can be stored and deep-linked within profiles when needed, supporting both regulatory and operational traceability.
- Batch or real-time processing: Run document processing on a schedule or trigger it on demand.

Referential Matching for Identity™
Reltio Referential Matching for Identity™ links individual records to a curated U.S. referential dataset to increase match accuracy, reduce duplicates, and support enrichment with attributes like verified contact information, aliases, birth date, deceased indicator and other marketing signals.
The capability runs continuously in the background and is delivered through a governed Data Tenant subscription. You'll receive only the matched results, not the full referential dataset. It complements existing rule-based and AI-based matching without requiring rule rewrites.

FERN 2.0 - Advanced Discovery, Enhanced Bulk Match
FERN now supports multiple matching modes to give you greater control and precision when resolving your data. You can choose from three pre-configured modes — Enhanced Discovery, Data Steward, and Full Mode — to tailor match behavior to specific business needs.
These AI-powered options help you identify additional matches missed by rules, prioritize steward review queues based on confidence scores, or do both. You can activate a mode through the AI Matching tab in the Data Modeler without changing your existing match rules or retraining any models.

Observability Hub
Built on Reltio Data Cloud™, the Observability Hub gives you live operational insights and an intuitive interface for independent monitoring of platform performance, usage, and data quality. Observability dashboards display API throughput, error rates, and latency using RED metrics. Historical views help you compare trends over time and detect performance changes. You can drill down by user, API, or request type to identify problematic workloads and resolve issues faster. Role-based access supports operations, governance, and analytics teams.
Observability APIs will be available soon enabling customers to integrate Reltio platform metrics into their observability tool of choice, such as Datadog, Splunk, Grafana Enterprise, or any system that supports ingestion of time-series data.

New simplified UI configuration
You can now convert multiple UI configuration files into a single, unified configuration that's easier to manage. On the Import/Export page of the UI Modeler, when the old configuration format is detected, a message prompts you to convert. With one click of a button, the configuration is transformed into the new format using predefined logic — without losing any of your current settings.

Survivorship defaults and fallback handling
We've enhanced the Survivorship capability to give you more control over how winning values are selected across your tenant. The following key enhancements expand what you can configure:
- Configurable default survivorship strategies - Set the default survivorship strategy at the tenant or object type level (entity or relationship). Object-level settings override tenant-level, with Last Updated Date (LUD) used as the fallback for backward compatibility.
- Dedicated fallback for zero values - Define separate fallback logic when no values exist, instead of treating "zero" and "more than one" the same. In other words, you can apply different fallback logic when no values are available versus when multiple values exist.
- Added optional
ignoreCase: trueparameter for Min, Max, Frequency, and Value-Based Priority strategies to treat case-variant values (e.g., "USA" vs "usa") as equal. Defaults tofalsefor backward compatibility.

Keep traffic private on Azure
You can now route tenant traffic privately over Azure Private Link — extending our zero-exposure model from AWS to Azure. With this capability, create a Private Endpoint in your Azure Virtual Network (VNet) and connect to Reltio using the provided service alias.
All traffic stays entirely within Azure's private IP space in the same region, never touching the public internet — enhancing security, reducing attack surface, and simplifying compliance with internal and regulatory policies.

Setup the Reltio Data Pipeline for Snowflake (Direct Connect) in Console UI
The Console UI now supports configuring Snowflake data pipelines using the new Direct Connect architecture. Previously, this setup was only possible through APIs. With this update, users can create and fully manage Snowflake data pipelines directly in the Console UI.
This new experience is now GA. Moving forward, Direct Connect is the default setup option for Snowflake pipelines in the Console UI. The staging pipeline setup is no longer available in the Console UI, though pipelines based on the staging architecture will continue to function as-is and their setup is supported through APIs.

Native LCAs deprecation
The native Lifecycle Action (LCA) feature will be deprecated in a two-phase process starting with the current 2025.2 Release. Native LCAs are customer-authored code components that run within Reltio's environment.
| What you need to know | |
|---|---|
| Why are we deprecating it? | Running customer-authored code in Reltio's environment can lead to performance and security issues. Native LCAs also require manual engineering review before deployment, which creates delays and increases operational overhead. |
| What do you need to do? | Plan to migrate your native LCAs to cloud-native functions like AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, or Azure Functions. Reltio will provide scripts, documentation, and support to help with this transition. |
| Find out more | Native LCA deprecation – Oct 2025 and Aug 2026 |
Run LCAs in Azure
You can now build, deploy, and run Lifecycle Actions using serverless Azure Functions — all from your own Azure environment. Just like with AWS and Google Cloud Functions, you have full control over deployment, authentication, logging, and scaling — without relying on Reltio to manage or deploy your logic.
