Agent Builder for AgentFlow at a glance

Download an agent

Learn how to download an agent blueprint from Agent Builder to reuse it in a different tenant.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you meet the following requirements:

  • The agent must have a Published status.

  • You must have access to Agent Builder in the source tenant.

You can download a published agent as an encrypted blueprint file and use it to recreate the agent in a different Reltio tenant.

  1. In Agent Builder, locate the agent you want to download in the agents list.
  2. Select the ⋮ (more options) menu at the end of the agent row.
  3. Select Download agent.
  4. In the confirmation dialog, select Yes, Download.
    Note: The blueprint file is encrypted. You can only upload it when creating an agent in a different tenant.

Result

The agent blueprint downloads to your device as an .agent file. The file name follows the format agent-{AgentName}-v{VersionNumber}.agent. To use this file in another tenant, see Upload an agent from another tenant.
