D&B Status Attributes

D&B status attributes are those attributes of an organization entity that are used to monitor and control the interaction between Reltio and D&B.

The following table lists an organization entity attributes that are used to monitor and control the interaction between Reltio and D&B.

Table 1. D&B Status Attributes
AttributeDescription
Vendor Verification StatusThis attribute shows the status of a request sent to D&B for verification:
  • Enriched(ES): The organization's data is successfully appended with the latest D&B data.

  • Enrichment Error(EE): An error is encountered while processing the append data request.

  • Low Confidence Score(MC): The confidence code of the match is below the threshold value set in Low Confidence. In such a case, the organization’s data is not appended with the latest D&B data.

Confidence Code threshold is a configurable value. The default value is 7.

  • Match(MS): A match for an organization is found in the D&B data.
  • Match Error(ME): An error is encountered while processing a match request.

  • No Match (MN): A match for an organization is not found in the D&B data.

  • Out of Business(EO): The organization is out of business and may come back into the business at a later date.

  • Recertified(ER): The organization sent to D&B for recertification is successfully recertified.
  • URI Mismatch(MU): The selected organization's data is already available with DUNS number in the Reltio tenant.

Vendor Verification DateThis attribute is set to the current date and time whenever an update is received from D&B.
Do Not EnrichThis attribute is set to true if an organization profile has not to be sent to D&B for matching, or recertification process regardless of whether it meets any of the other criteria.
Vendor Organization TypeThe response data returned by D&B includes the name, DUNS Number and address of the D&B Global Ultimate, Domestic Ultimate and HQ (Head Quarter)/Parent Companies. The Reltio Enrichment with D&B checks whether an organization with the DUNS number of the Global Ultimate, Domestic Ultimate or HQ/Parent Companies already exists. If it does, then the existing record is used. If it does not, then the connector creates a new organization with Vendor Organization Type = Shell to indicate the origin of the record. Shell records' crosswalks use the DUNS number for the ID and the D&B source.
