Reset Your Password

Reset the login password for your Reltio Connected Data Platform tenant if you have forgotten your password.

Resetting Reltio Login Password

When you want to access your Reltio tenant and you are unable to use or recall your login credentials, click the Forgot your password? link.

Reltio Connected Cloud displays the Password Reset page.

Enter your username or email address, select the I'm not a robot checkbox and click RESET.

Reltio Connected Cloud sends a verification code to your email address for resetting the password.
Note: The verification code is valid only for an hour.

Go to the Login page and enter the Verification code that you have received through the email.

Note: If you enter an expired verification code, you will see the "Please provide valid input to reset the password" message with the option to Resend the verification code. You must generate the verification code again to reset your password.

Specify a new password and select the I'm not a robot checkbox. Click RESET PASSWORD. You get a confirmation message when your password is reset successfully.

Click GO BACK TO LOGIN PAGE to return to the login page and access your tenant with your new credentials.
