Profile Statistic Dashboard

Learn about the Profile stats dashboard and its various charts and maps.

The Profile stats dashboard in the Hub gives you a bird's eye view of your tenant data.

This is similar to your car dashboard, where you can tell at a glance how much fuel is in your tank, how long you can drive with that fuel, or what speed you're traveling at.

Pick your point of view

Unlike your car dashboard, you can configure and personalize the Profile stats dashboard to suit your needs.

Configure the layout and charts you want for your Profile stats dashboard in the UI Modeler. Select from preconfigured or general charts. The preconfigured charts, as the name suggests, are already configured for you as part of the dashboard. For example, the Profile stats facet shows the status of profiles in your tenant.

Use general charts to configure the data you want to view on the dashboard. You have choices here — a lot of them. Want to choose the pie chart or the bar chart, or maybe have the world view of your organization, or just see what is relevant to the United States? For more information, see topics Get started with the UI Modeler and Configuring Dashboards.

Note: After you configure and publish your dashboard in the UI Modeler, you can go back and modify the facet settings. When you publish your changes, the Dashboard displays Updated next to the title of the modified facet.

Find your focus in the new dashboard

View statistics for different kinds of data management activities and business insights in the dashboard. Take a look at the image below, which has the charts for status of your profiles, the notifications for you and your team, and so much more.

The dashboard lets you focus on data in these categories:
Tenant Operational Statistics
View events that have occurred in your profiles for a specified time period. For example, the Profile Stats view facet is a line graph that displays the profile activity in your tenant.
Business Data Visualization Maps
View business data in your organization on a map. For example, you can configure a map of the world that displays the number of organizations in each country.
Data Quality Facets
Use charts to analyze the quality of your data. For example, you can configure a chart that displays the profiles where addresses were not verified or partially verified
Note: Hover your mouse pointer over an element to view a tooltip with details about that chart. Click a chart element to open the Search page prefiltered to the selected element.

Know your role

So, who in your organization benefit from this dashboard? Here's who:
Data stewards
Work with operational statistics and workflow tasks.
Business users
Gather data insights to make quick business decisions.
Administrators
Customize the layout of the dashboard, create new charts, modify existing charts, and publish dashboard configuration for all users.

Location, location, location

The data you see on the dashboard depends on your access rights to the tenant. For example, if you have access to profiles in the US, then the dashboard only displays data for US profiles in that tenant. However, if you also have access to profiles in other regions, such as Canada and the UK, the dashboard also displays details of the UK and Canada profiles.

Apply global filters to your data to specify whether search results display active, inactive, or both entities for your Reltio Platform data. For more information, see Understanding the Global Filters .
