Are you a Data Steward or Business data analyst who configures your organization’s tenant and thus requires access to immediate metrics, like API latency, to understand the expected time needed to configure a tenant? Then you have come to the right place! Dive in head-first to keep track of all APIs Reltio has to offer all day, everyday.

But wait, there’s more… Using our Performance Monitoring application is as easy as 1-2-3. We’ve automatically enabled it on your production tenant, so you don’t need to configure anything yourself. All you need to have is the ROLE_STATISTICS_REPORTING role enabled and log in to console.reltio.com to begin your journey.

With the Performance Monitoring application’s interface, you can:

identify information on the usage patterns for a single API or group of APIs.
identify the APIs that consume the largest amount of time and resources.
use this knowledge to assess the impact API performance can have on your services and users.

Important: The Performance Monitoring application collects platform API data in real time and regularly streams into a data warehouse. The application uses an API request to gather data from the data warehouse, then processes it and provides the data in the Console. The entire process between registering the API request and providing data may take up to two hours.
