The Reltio Business Critical Edition (BCE) offers high availability, scalability, and advanced data management features designed for enterprise applications. - Recovery Point Objective (RPO)
- Less than 1 minute for data at rest. This does not cover data in transit, where external data transfer processes may apply, which are beyond Reltio's control.
- Recovery Time Objective (RTO)
- Less than 1 hour, contingent upon the availability and functionality of all necessary components within Reltio’s control. External factors such as third-party service outages, network issues, and customer-controlled configurations may impact this objective.
- Availability SLA
- The 99.99% availability applies only to core components of the Reltio platform within the BCE offering. It does not extend to third-party integrations, custom configurations, or external data sources not managed by Reltio.
- Maintenance Downtime
- Planned maintenance and scheduled downtime will be communicated in advance and are excluded from the 99.99% availability SLA calculations.
- Force Majeure Exclusions
- The availability SLA excludes downtime caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and government actions, which are beyond Reltio's reasonable control.
