Reltio Connected Data Platform is a multi-tenant Software as a Service (SaaS), where tenants are used to store, organize, and manage your data.

All customer information is stored in a Customer Tenant. Most customers are provisioned three tenants: a Development tenant (DEV) where you will develop and modify new configurations; a Testing tenant (TEST) where you will test your configuration with a volume of data and various add-ons (for example, integrations) that mimic your production tenant; and finally your Production tenant (PROD) where your users will manage the data. It is this tenant that provisions the data to downstream analytics and operational systems.
