Get started with Reltio Learn
Learn how to access Reltio Learn to complete training courses and certifications.
Prerequisites
To access learning paths, instructor-led sessions, and certifications, you must create an account using a valid Reltio Customer or Partner email address.
Important: Reltio Learn is reserved for current Reltio Customers and Partners.
The Reltio Learn platform uses separate credentials from the Reltio Data Cloud.
To access Reltio Learn
- Open Reltio Learn in your browser.
- On the Welcome page, choose one of the following options based on whether you already have a Reltio Learn account.
- If you already have a Reltio Learn account
On the Sign In page:
- Enter your business email address as your username
- Use the temporary password: Welcome10
- When prompted, create a new password
- If you don't have a Reltio Learn account
On the Sign In page:
- Select New User? Register
- Complete the registration form using your business email address
- Select your role, on the Additional fields menu, from the following list:
- Data Steward
- System Administrator
- Technical Delivery Manager
- Technical Consultant
- Solution Architect
- The Reltio training team will review your registration and enable access after approval; allow up to 48 hours for the review
- Select New User? Register
- If you already have a Reltio Learn account
Result
After you sign in, the Reltio Learn home page opens. You can view your in-progress courses, access your assigned learning path, and resume where you left off.
After you sign in for the first time, the home page opens, and displays options to browse the Course Catalog, register for Live Events, and explore certification paths.
You can also access certification tracks and learning plans organized by core Reltio components such as APIs, Match & Merge, and Data Loader.
