Overview
Reltio Business Critical Edition (BCE) is a premium service offering that extends Reltio's standard data resilience capabilities. While the standard offering supports at least three active Availability Zones (AZs) per region, BCE adds cross-region resilience and enhanced security to support strict business continuity and compliance requirements.
BCE is designed for use with Reltio Multidomain Master Data Management (MDM) and Reltio Intelligent 360, and is available only on AWS and GCP.
BCE supports cross-region failover through a mirrored region, enabling high availability and disaster recovery at the platform level. It is intended as a service-level capability and does not describe product-specific implementation details.
Reference Data Management (RDM) can also be provisioned with Business Critical Edition coverage, aligning its disaster recovery and availability posture with the BCE service offering.
