Learn about grouping entity types by logical data domains.

Managing large number of entity types across depends can sometimes be time consuming. To handle this more efficiently, you can now group entity types by logical data domains.

Define one or more group labels in the Console UI. In the UI, you can create groups on the fly, at the time you create or edit an entity type. Note that you can assign more than one group to an entity. For more information, see topics Create an Entity type and Edit an entity type.

These labels enable visual grouping in specific parts of the Hub UI — for example, in search filters and entity creation menus — making it easier to manage. For more information, see topics Working with the Main Search Page and Adding a Profile.
