The Product entity type is the catalog. It represents one record per offering the bank sells, across deposits, cards, lending, and mortgages. It holds the terms that belong to the offering rather than to any one customer so a rate change is made once and every account on that product inherits it. FinancialAccount and Application both reference Product, which is what lets the bank answer what a customer holds as well as what they hold it under.
