The Organization entity type is the legal-entity master behind every commercial banking relationship. Beyond the registry identifiers a bank needs to recognize a company, the Organization entity type also carries the firmographics that decide what the bank will sell and at what price: industry classification, headcount, reported financials, trade activity, and listed securities. Parent and subsidiary structure lives on the OrganizationHierarchy relationship rather than on this entity.
