The FinancialAccount entity type is the single account master across every line of business. Rather than a separate entity per product, one polymorphic type carries the attributes common to all accounts and defers the product-specific terms to nested groups, overdraft terms for transactional deposits, card terms for credit cards, loan and mortgage terms for lending. The accountType discriminator decides which groups apply, so a customer's checking account, credit card, and mortgage resolve into one comparable profile.
