The AuthorizedSigner entity type records who may act on a financial account without owning it, and within what limits. Like AccountHolder it is a relationship modeled as an entity, but it answers a different question: AccountHolder is about ownership, AuthorizedSigner is about delegated authority, a power of attorney, a court-appointed guardian, a trustee, or a staff member with a signing mandate. The authority is time-bound and revocable, and it carries its own verification and review dates.
