View and monitor a knowledge base

Learn how to view a Unstructured search knowledge base and monitor document indexing.

After creating a knowledge base, use Unstructured search to track its indexing activity and check which documents in the source are available for retrieval. The knowledge base list shows each knowledge base's source, document count, last run, and execution frequency. The details show the indexed documents and the indexing status of each.

The following roles can view and monitor a knowledge base:

For role definitions, see About roles.
