View Autonomous agents usage and Capacity Unit (CU) consumption

Learn how to access the Usage Dashboard to monitor Capacity Unit (CU) consumption and review agent and tenant usage.

When your organization provisions autonomous agents through SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), the Usage Dashboard helps you monitor agent consumption in Capacity Units (CUs). You can track daily consumption and review usage by agent and tenant to see how each contributes to your organization's total CU consumption.

Prerequisites

You must be assigned the ROLE_AGENT_BILLING system role to access the Usage Dashboard.

To review your autonomous agents usage

Log in to Autonomous agents.
In the lower-left corner, select your profile name.
Select Settings.
Select Usage Billing.
The Usage Dashboard appears.
Review the usage summary and daily consumption.
- Agent runs: Total number of agent runs.
- CUs consumed: Total CUs consumed by autonomous agents.
- Daily CU usage: CUs consumed each day for the selected month.
Review the agent usage breakdown.

For each agent, the dashboard shows the number of runs, CUs consumed, and share of total CU consumption.
Review the tenant usage breakdown.

For each tenant, the dashboard shows the environment, CUs consumed, and share of total CU consumption.

Result

You can monitor CU consumption over time and see how each agent and tenant contributes to total CU consumption..

Validation steps

Confirm that the dashboard displays agent runs and CU consumption.
Confirm that the dashboard displays daily CU usage and the agent and tenant usage breakdowns.
