Learn how to sign in to Reltio AgentFlow Mobile.
Reltio AgentFlow mobile app is available on iOS and Android. You can sign in using your Reltio tenant credentials, and your organization determines whether you use single sign-on (SSO) or a username and password.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you meet the following requirements:

You have a device that meets the following minimum requirements:

Android 7.0 (Nougat) or later

iOS 15.1 or later

You have your Reltio tenant URL and user access credentials.
You have multi-factor authentication (MFA) set up for your account.

You have the required permissions to access AgentFlow,
Download and install the Reltio AgentFlow Mobile app
To download and install the Reltio AgentFlow mobile app:

Go to the app store for your device:

App Store (iOS)

Google Play (Android)

Select Get or Install to download the Reltio AgentFlow mobile app.
Reltio AgentFlow mobile app is now installed on your device.
- Open the Reltio AgentFlow app.
- Enter your Reltio tenant ID.
- Sign in with your organization's authentication method.
- SSO: Complete authentication in the window that opens.
- Non-SSO: Enter your username and password. Then, enter your multi-factor authentication (MFA) code.
- If you have access to more than one tenant, select the required tenant.
Result
The Reltio AgentFlow mobile app home page appears.
Verification steps
To confirm you're signed in, check that the agent marketplace and your available tenants are visible in the app.
