Create a service user profile for managed packages

Learn how to create a service user profile for an integration user in Salesforce and grant permissions.

The service user profile is assigned to the integration user. After you create a service user profile, Grant permissions to the service user profile.

To create the user profile:

Select Set up.
In the Users page, select Profiles.
Clone a profile. Choose Standard user profile as the existing profile to clone from.
Enter the profile name. For example, Reltio Integration.
Assign the permissions as described in Grant permissions to the service user profile.
Assign the Reltio Integration profile to the integration user.
