SFDC | PROC | Real Time Sync from Reltio to Salesforce - B2B OrganizationIndividual Relationship
This is the base recipe for Reltio to SFDC Individual entity synchronization. This recipe handles multiple entity events received from the AWS SNS. Here's the list of events handled by this recipe:
Relationship create/update event:
When you create or update the Salesforce object for a relationship's Start and/or End entity, the recipe syncs data in real-time to Salesforce. It adds or updates the Parent ID field for the End entity's Salesforce object. If start entity has multiple Salesforce crosswalks, then the recipe considers the master SF crosswalk from the Start entity and set it to the End entity's SF object's Parent ID field.
If the relationship is End dated, i.e. all crosswalks have a Delete date, and the End date has passed, then the recipe removes the Parent ID from the child Salesforce object.
In case you delete a relationship for an entity, the recipes removes the Parent ID from the End entity's Salesforce account object.
Error handling
When the recipe updates or deletes Salesforce objects, the error handler checks for the object before executing the recipe three times. If the create, update, or delete event fails, a failed job information is sent to the specified email address, in the following format:
