Reset your password
Learn how to reset the sign-in to password for your Reltio Connected Data Platform.
To reset your password:
- Sign in to your tenant.
- In the displayed Reltio login page, enter your Username or email address and select Forgot your password?
- In the displayed Password Reset page, complete the details and select RESET:
- Username or Email address: Enter the username or email address for which you want to reset a password. Important: Keep in mind that usernames may be case-sensitive for accounts created before April 2022.
- I am human: Select the checkbox.
A verification code is sent to your email address, which is valid only for an hour.
Note: You will not receive a verification code in the mail if you are an SSO user whose credentials are managed by an external IdP. You must log into your SSO system to reset your password.
- Username or Email address: Enter the username or email address for which you want to reset a password.
- When you’ve received the email with the verification code, return to the Reltio login page, complete the details, and select Reset Password:
- Verification code: Enter the verification code sent to your registered email address. Note: If you enter an expired verification code, you’ll see the Please provide valid input to reset the password message. Select the Resend the verification code option to generate the verification code again to reset your password.
- New Password: Enter the new password to log into your tenant.
- Confirm Password: Enter the new password again for confirmation.
- I am human: Select the checkbox.
- Verification code: Enter the verification code sent to your registered email address.
- In the displayed confirmation message, select Go back to login page to return to the sign in page and access your tenant with your new credentials.
- Check your email for this confirmation message:
Your Reltio password has been changed. If you changed your password, you can ignore this email. If you did not change your password, please reach out to support@reltio.com.
