Access User Management

You can access the User Management application through the Console.

As an administrator for your organization, you manage the users through this application.

To access User Management:

  1. Select Console > User Management.

    If you manage only a single customer account, that account is selected by default. The Users page appears. However, if you manage multiple customer accounts, you must select the customer for which you would like to perform the user management tasks.

  2. Select Select to choose your customer details.

  3. In the Select a customer dialog box, scroll through the list of customers or use the Search icon on top to identify a customer.

  4. Select the customer and then select Done.

    The User Management page appears. The Users tab is selected by default and the page displays the list of existing user accounts for the selected customer.
