This task checks and fixes inconsistency between RELATIONS and RELATIONS_ONE_HOP_NEW Column Families.

Stop and Pause are supported.

Note: Only sequential mode is supported. Don't run Relations Consistency tasks in parallel as the tasks will fail and cause errors.
