A Base Package consists of a group of users with a unique login who share a common access with specific privileges to a set of tenants in Reltio Connected Cloud. A subscription includes tenants, storage, processing, and specific types of users for the purposes of managing, organizing and accessing data in Reltio platform. The Base Package consists of the features and capabilities listed below, with quotas corresponding to the subscribed Consolidated Profile tier level.

One Production, one Test, Preview, and one Development Tenant for each base tenant set. Contains defined level of entitlements as stated in license agreement. These could include: Aggregate Consolidated Profiles, Data Governance Users, APIs, Data Sources, Queues, Storage, standard Workflows, RDM & History.

A Customer tenant that holds production data. The Consolidated Profile tier-level defines the corresponding quotas permitted for a production tenant.

One per Base tenant set. Profile limits and types vary as stated in License Agreement.

A Customer tenant deployed for production use. Includes standard entitlements in the areas of APIs, Workflow, Data Sources and Attributes

One per Base tenant set. Same entitlements as per Production tenant stated in License Agreement

A Customer tenant used for the purposes of developing new functionality, & adding new sources

Limited to 200,000 Aggregate Consolidated Profiles

One per Base tenant set.

Additional Development tenants can be subscribed to for a fee
