Interactions table in Profile view

Select the appropriate interaction type view

Learn how to select the appropriate interaction type view.

The details of all the interaction types are displayed by default. You can select the required interaction type and the associated attributes for which you want to view the details.
To select the appropriate interaction type:
  1. In the Hub, select a profile, and select the Interactions tab.
  2. In the Interactions page, select the interaction type from the drop-down for which you want to view interaction details. For example, Generic Interaction as shown in the image.
    Note: When you select the All interaction types view, all the interaction types are grouped and listed on this page.
