Apply filter options on attributes

Learn how to apply filter options on attributes.

The filter feature helps you view the details of only the required interactions.
To apply filter options:
  1. In the Hub, select a profile, and select the Interactions tab.
  2. Select the filter icon () on the Interactions page.

  3. In the Filter options window, select the Within the last option to filter the available interactions within a specific time. Specify the number of Minutes, Hours, Days, Weeks, Months, or Years using this option. Enter the value and select any of these options.
    Alternatively, select the Date range option to filter the interactions available within a specific date range. For example, 05/18/2024 - 05/25/2024 as shown in the sample image.
  4. Select the interaction type from the drop-down to filter the interactions based on attributes. For example, Generic Interaction as selected in the sample image.
  5. Select the the attribute for the selected interaction type from the drop-down. For example, Interaction ID as selected in the sample image.
    Note: All the attributes available for the selected interaction type are available in the Select attribute drop-down.
  6. Select further filter options for the selected attribute. Select any of these options – Equals, Not, Exists, Full text, Has all, Missing value, Starts with, Count equals, Count not equal, Count less, Count less or equal, Count greater, Count greater or equal, Count in range, or Contains. For example, Equals as selected in the sample image.
    Note: You can add more filter options, copy the existing filter options, or delete the filter options by selecting, , or respectively.
  7. Select APPLY to apply the filter and view the interactions based on your filter settings.

    Note: After you select the filter options, the filter icon changes ()You can clear the filter options by selecting the CLEAR ALL in the Filter options window.
