DCR-based synchronization between Reltio and Veeva

When a record is created or updated in Veeva Vault, a Data Change Request (DCR) is automatically generated to sync with Reltio in near real time. The system behavior depends on whether the DCR is approved or rejected.

DCR is approved: If the DCR is approved, the corresponding create or update operation is performed in Reltio, regardless of the time it takes to approve. After the update, a callback event is triggered to sync the changes back to Veeva, keeping both systems in sync.

DCR is rejected: If the DCR is rejected, no changes are made in Reltio. This results in the systems becoming out of sync. Manual intervention is required to reconcile the differences. No updates are made to the original Veeva Vault record.
