Salesforce Managed Package (with RIH) Versions

Learn about the latest updates for the Managed Package used with Reltio Integration for Salesforce (RIH).

The Salesforce Managed Package is available as part of the Reltio Integration for Salesforce. It enables you to use the Search Before Create capability for Accounts and Contact objects.

You can install the package from Salesforce AppExchange.

The following table displays the available versions of the Salesforce managed package.

This prevents you from saving a misconfigured connection and helps avoid unexpected import failures

  • Fixed an issue where Search Before Create did not load in the Salesforce Mobile App when users created a new account.
  • Updated navigation to use Salesforce's mobile-compatible API so the New Account flow opens the Search Before Create screen correctly in the Salesforce Mobile App.
  • Fixed a record type resolution issue that prevented Search Before Create from loading in orgs with no default record type configured.
Important: Salesforce no longer supports mobile browser access. This fix was verified for the Salesforce Mobile App on iOS and Android. You must use the Salesforce Mobile App on mobile devices, or use Lightning Experience on iPad Safari where it's supported by Salesforce.
1.1001528-01-2026Added the Auto-Select Required Fields checkbox in SBC Settings so you can control whether required fields are automatically selected and locked in the SBC configuration.
1.1001412-05-2025The Click Here link on the SBC Control Panel now opens a valid, up-to-date documentation page with instructions for configuring endpoints.

The following issues were fixed:

  • Simple users now see a clear notification if they don't have the RIH SBC Other Users permission, along with instructions to resolve it.
  • The Preview button no longer triggers an error when opening the screen.
1.10011 17-03-2025 Fields like Account name in the Control Panel's Available Fields section and on the Configure Search page are now fixed in place and can no longer be moved by users.
