Custom logic implemented in the provided hooks require you to have administrator access to the Reltio Integration for Salesforce.

Custom logic implemented in the provided hooks requires you to have administrator access to the Reltio Integration for Salesforce. Before you can set up a custom logic, you need to get the code reviewed by the Reltio engineering team. Reltio engineers review code in order to make sure the code meets the security and performance standards of Reltio.

Follow these steps to set up custom logic in your Reltio tenant:
  1. Define the kind of hook that needs to be applied.
  2. Develop javascript code for the hook and test it externally from Connector.
  3. Create ZenDesk ticket and attach a file with custom logic.
  4. Get the code reviewed by the engineering team.
  5. After the review is completed, submit a request to have the custom logic applied to your profile.
