Interactive Data Quality Dashboard

Data Quality Dashboard displays KPIs, metrics, and key data points to monitor the quality of data in the Reltio tenant.

DQ Dashboard helps you measure data suitability before consumption or to arrive at a business decision. You can minimize the time and effort needed to find and clean data. The DQ dashboard provides tenant-level aggregate information about the quality of data and includes the following metrics:
  • Validation chart (Profiles that violate validation functions)
  • Completeness/Fill rate
  • Uniqueness
  • Frequency Analysis
  • Length Statistics
  • Pattern Analysis
  • Crosswalk Analysis

When an entity tab is selected, all the charts in the dashboard display data related to the most important attribute of the selected entity. In the left panel, when you select an attribute, charts and data related to the particular attribute is displayed.

The left panel contains a Search bar, where you can search for the name of the attribute. It also has a Filter option, that you can use to filter based on attribute properties such as, Included in Matching, Required, RDM, Contains validation functions and Reference attribute.

Dashboard Charts

Data Type chart

You can view the number of records in the selected attribute and its Data type (String, Boolean, Blob, Int and Date). The chart also has icons to indicate if attribute properties (Included in Matching, Required, RDM, Contains validation functions and Reference attribute) are associated with it.

Fill rate chart

You can use this chart to view the percentages of existing or missing data in the selected attribute. To get more information, click Exists or Missing part of the chart, it redirects you to the Advanced search page. Records containing data or missing data are displayed in the Advanced search page, when Exists or Missing part of the Fill rate chart is clicked.

Validation chart

You can use this chart to view the number of profiles that violated validation functions.

Uniqueness analysis chart

You can use this chart to view the percentages of Unique and Not unique data in the selected attribute.

Frequency analysis chart

You can use this chart to view the Value, Count and the percentage of the values in the selected attribute. To get more information, click a row in the chart. You'll be redirected to the Advanced search page, where records containing the value, their Entity IDs and Scores are sorted.

Length statistics chart

You can use this chart to view profiles in the tenant that have attribute values having the same name length. You can view the Minimum, Average, Median and Maximum character lengths. To get more information, click a bar on the chart. It redirects you to the Advanced search page, where records containing the profiles, their Entity IDs and Scores are sorted.

Crosswalk analysis chart

You can use this chart to view the number of profiles that share a source type. You can view the average age of profiles, maximum and minimum number of profiles and the number of source types. To get more information, click a bar on the chart. It redirects you to the Advanced search page, where records containing the profiles, their Entity IDs and Scores are sorted.
