Migrating from single-factor to SSO authentication in Reltio
Learn about migrating from single-factor to SSO authentication.
Migrating from single-factor authentication login methods to Single Sign-On (SSO) in Reltio not only enhances security and streamlines access across your organization but also empowers users with more control and independence. Let's review key considerations and how-tos on your journey to SSO authentication.
Tenants and users
- Tenants
- Administrators can enable SSO for each tenant separately or apply a unified SSO configuration across all tenants. This configuration ensures that your users use your corporate IDP login to access a specific Reltio tenant. After users log in, regardless of how they log in, they can switch between any Reltio tenants based on their permissions.
- Users
- SSO Users: These users are automatically provisioned through the customer Identity Provider (IDP) and can log in via SSO to their assigned tenants.
- Non-SSO Users: These are created manually within Reltio. They log in through the traditional login page for a non-SSO tenant.
