Salesforce Connector enhancements

Frustrated by your Salesforce records being out of step with the merged entity in Reltio? Now you can keep your updates in lock step! Merges in Reltio are now automatically updated in Salesforce. Additionally, if the relationship in Salesforce is maintained through an object, then the relationship attributes are also synchronized. Salesforce records stay in sync with Reltio, avoiding any data quality/integrity issues related to incorrect hierarchy (missing parent child relationship) or relationships. Meet our unconventional match maker (Early Access)

Are you tired of spending too much time trying to find the perfect match using traditional match rules? Well, here's an enticing solution for you: pre-trained machine learning models. These models are fast and easy to configure, require less domain expertise and maintenance, and are often more accurate.

If you work with Life Sciences data and need to quickly match HCP entities without relying on match rules, then you should explore this Early Access feature. Within the Data Modeler Match Rules page, you can create various types of match actions for the model. These actions include generating potential matches and merging them based on the relevance score.

Automated householding

Eliminate painful manual effort and costly customizations with Reltio's new automated householding capability to increase data team productivity and improve customer experience!

We created Reltio's grouping service to help you identify and maintain household data among your customer data in a simple, time-effective, and cost-effective manner. Instead of manually updating household relationships if this data changes, use our automated householding feature to automatically group your customers into households based on business-defined match rules. Our simple UI enables you to quickly create rules that automatically group customers into households, which Reltio uses to maintain and update household data.For more information, see topic Automated householding.

Inbox table view

We have made several improvements in the Reltio Inbox user experience. Having experienced the List view in Reltio Inbox, would you like another way to view the details of your tasks? With the new Table view feature, you have the option to display your task attributes in a tabular format. You can modify the layout by hiding columns you don't need, add new columns you need to perform your operations, and rearrange them! From now on, the Reltio Inbox will automatically remember your last filters and layout setup; so that the next time you open Inbox, you don't need to reconfigure it. Everything will be just as you left it! Finally, continue to use filters as usual but now with the added ability to select multiple task types simultaneously. The new layout allows you to see different tabs for different task types, and one condensed tab with all selected task types.

And we guess you wouldn't say no to getting immediate feedback on successful configuration and data synchronization tasks. Aggregated API for Search scenarios

Even if you knew the specific entities you wanted to create or update, you first had to locate them with the Search before you could run the Create/Update. Ready to pick up the pace? Search and update entities all at once in the combined Search Before Create. Find entities, their relationships and connected parties and structure your search by reference or relationship type with the Find Connected Parties and Search Connections.

These new API endpoints allow multiple steps in one call with low latency - typically milliseconds, not seconds. Perform complex operations like finding objects by attribute value, finding all of their connections and connected parties, or creating a conditional save where the result is defined by a search condition all in a single API call.
