Reltio Data Sharing with Microsoft Fabric architecture

Learn how Reltio shares data with Microsoft Fabric through the Fabric adapter architecture.

Reltio Data Sharing with Microsoft Fabric automates the infrastructure needed to stage, process, and share Reltio data with your Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse, so that your business users can access it in Microsoft Fabric for AI/ML and analytics workloads.

The following diagram shows how Reltio shares data with your Microsoft Fabric tenant:

How the architecture works

The diagram illustrates the end-to-end flow of Reltio data into Microsoft Fabric:

  • Data pipeline service in Reltio — Events from the Reltio Data Cloud, such as entities, relationships, and interactions, flow into the Data Pipeline Service. The service queues, stages, and prepares the data for sharing.
  • Data Share with Microsoft Fabric — The data is transformed into the open Delta Lake table format and securely shared with the specific recipient provided at the time of data share setup
  • Consumption in Fabric tools — Once data is available in the Lakehouse, your users can analyze and govern it through Fabric services such as Power BI, Copilot and other analytics applications.

End-to-end data sharing

With this architecture, each customer tenant receives Reltio data directly in their own Fabric workspace. This design ensures that your data is AI-ready and governed when it reaches Fabric, so your teams can immediately use it for analytics, reporting, and compliance without additional integration work.
