Learn how to configure Data Sharing with Microsoft Fabric in the Reltio Console UI.

1. In the Reltio Console, open the Data Sharing application.
   For navigation details, see Data Sharing at a glance.
2. In Data Share, create a new data share.
   Select + NEW DATA SHARE and select Microsoft Fabric.
3. Enter configuration details.
   Provide the Fabric tenant region, whether to share OV-only data, and the recipient email address.

   Enter as follows:

   Field	Value
   Name	Enter an alphanumeric identifier, 3–20 characters long, with no spaces.
   Region & availability zone	Select the geographic region where your Microsoft Fabric account is hosted.
   Recipient email address	Enter a valid email address of the recipient. Press Enter after entering the address.
   Share OV values only	Select to share only operational values. This will also share the data in a simplified schema format, see Schema simplification for Data Share. Leave clear to include all data.

4. Save the configuration.
   Reltio provisions the necessary MS Fabric resources automatically.
5. Generate a share link.
   For the desired data share configuration, click the cloud icon to generate a share link:
6. Share the link with recipients.
   Click on the generated link under Data Share OPEN LINK to log in into your Microsoft Fabric account and accept the share.

   

   Note: Only the recipient mentioned while creating the data share can accept the invite. If the recipient is different from the one creating the data share, then the generated link needs to be copied and shared with the recipient, who can then log in to their Microsoft Fabric account and accept the share.
