Configure Reltio data sharing with Microsoft Fabric - essentials using Console UI

Learn how to configure Reltio data sharing with Microsoft Fabric - essentials in the Reltio Console UI.

In the Console UI, you create a data share that connects your Reltio tenant to a Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse. After you create the data share, you generate a share link for the recipient to accept.

Prerequisites

  • Reltio user with the role ROLE_DATA_PIPELINE_ADMIN

  • Details of your Microsoft Fabric environment, including region and receiver email

  • An active subscription for Reltio data sharing with Microsoft Fabric - essentials

To configure a Microsoft Fabric data share in Reltio Console
  1. In the Reltio Console, open the Data Sharing application.
    For navigation details, see Data Sharing at a glance.
  2. In Data Share, create a new data share.
    Select + NEW DATA SHARE and select Microsoft Fabric.
  3. Enter configuration details.

    Provide the Fabric tenant region and the recipient email address and fill in the configuration fields as follows:

    NameEnter an alphanumeric identifier, 3–20 characters long, with no spaces.
    Region & availability zoneSelect the geographic region where your Microsoft Fabric account is hosted.
    Recipient email addressEnter a valid email address of the recipient. Press Enter after entering the address.
  4. Save the configuration.
    Reltio provisions the necessary Microsoft Fabric resources automatically.
  5. Generate a share link.
    For the desired data share configuration, click the cloud icon to generate a share link:

  6. Share the link with recipients.
    In Data Share, click OPEN LINK to log in into your Microsoft Fabric account and accept the share.

    Note: Only the recipient mentioned while creating the data share can accept the invite. If the recipient is different from the one creating the data share, then the generated link needs to be copied and shared with the recipient, who can then log in to their Microsoft Fabric account and accept the share.

Result

Your data share is configured and the recipient can now access data in Microsoft Fabric.
