Configure on demand UI buttons for Reltio Enrichment with D&B Data Blocks

Configure real-time enrichment buttons for Organization profiles using Reltio Integration Hub.

Make sure that:

These buttons allow users to run real-time enrichment jobs from the Organization profile UI. They invoke dedicated REST APIs through recipes that fetch and apply D&B enrichment data.

Enable connections for on demand UI buttons

To enable connections:
  1. Navigate to Projects > {Project Name} > _Connections.
  2. Select D&B | CON | Reltio Platform Connection.
  3. Enter the environment URL, tenant ID, client ID, and client secret.
  4. Select Yes for Use Client Authorization.
  5. Select No value selected for Use Custom Authorization Service.
  6. Select Connect.
  7. Select D&B | CON | D&B Services Connection.
  8. Enter your D&B API key and API secret.
  9. Select the licensed data blocks for enrichment.
    • Company Information
    • Principals & Contacts
    • Hierarchies & Connections
    • Diversity Insights
  10. Select Connect.
  11. Verify that the SDK connection is active.

Enable recipes for on demand UI buttons

To enable recipes:
  1. Navigate to your workspace at Projects > {Project Name} > {Location}.
  2. Enable the following real-time processing recipes:
    • D&B | PROC | Real Time Enrichment - Match and Append
    • D&B | PROC | Realtime Recipes Duration

Enable APIs for on demand UI buttons

To enable APIs:
  1. Navigate to API Platform > API Collections > D&B REST API Collections.
  2. Activate the endpoint: D&B | API | Real Time Enrichment – REST API.

Enable trigger recipes for on demand UI buttons

To enable triggers:
  1. Navigate to Projects > {Project Name} > {Location}.
  2. Enable the following trigger recipe:
    • D&B | API | Real Time Enrichment – REST API
    Note: This single trigger covers all button actions. Recipes will dynamically route based on parameters.

After enabling the triggers:

  • Get D&B Match triggers with doNotMerge=true
  • Get D&B Company Info triggers with doNotMerge=false
  • Get D&B Hierarchy & Contacts enriches with related Data Blocks
