Configure monitoring mode for Reltio Enrichment with D&B Data Blocks

Configure monitoring to process change notifications from D&B using AWS S3 paths and automated Integration Hub recipes.

Make sure that:

Monitoring mode consumes D&B change events (SEED, TRANSFER, DELETE, UNDELETE) through S3 delivery. These events are processed automatically using Integration Hub recipes, with exception files handled separately.

Enable connections for monitoring mode

To enable connections:
  1. Navigate to Base > Recipes > Assets > Recipes > Connections > Disconnected.
  2. Select D&B | CON | Monitoring AWS S3 Connection v2.0.1.
  3. Choose IAM role for authorization type.
  4. Select Connect.

Populate environment properties for monitoring mode

To populate environment properties:
  1. Navigate to Tools > Properties.
  2. Enter the values for the following properties:
    • Email for Reltio Exports — Required for job tracking.
    • Email for RIH Job Notifications — Optional. Set to NULL if not used.
    • Reltio Environment URL — Example: https://test-usg.reltio.com
    • Reltio Tenant ID — Your tenant’s unique ID

Enable recipes for monitoring mode

To enable recipes:
  1. Navigate to Base > Recipes > Assets > Recipes OR Projects > {Project Name} > {Location}.
  2. Enable all recipes delivered with the package for monitoring.
    • D&B | TRG | Monitoring Trigger Recipe
    • D&B | PROC | Monitoring Main Recipe
    • D&B | PROC | Process Monitoring Files
    • D&B | PROC | Process Monitoring Data in batch
    • D&B | PROC | Monitoring - Process DUNS with SEED status type
    • D&B | PROC | Monitoring - Process DUNS with TRANSFER status type
    • D&B | PROC | Monitoring - Process DUNS with DELETE status type

  2. Start the following exception handling recipes:
    • D&B | TRG | Monitoring Exception File Trigger Recipe
    • D&B | PROC | Monitoring Exception Codes - Main Recipe
    • D&B | PROC | Process Exception Files Data

After you configure monitoring mode, you can:

  • Process SEED, TRANSFER, DELETE, and UNDELETE DUNS events automatically.
  • Use exception file recipes to handle monitoring errors and failed records.
  • Track monitoring job results in lookup tables and FileStorage logs.
  • Receive job status notifications by email if configured in environment properties.
