Configure recertification mode for D&B Data Blocks

Sets up batch and real-time recertification flows to delete old D&B crosswalks and re-enrich with updated data.

Make sure that:

You meet the required prerequisites. See Prerequisites for Reltio Enrichment with D&B Data Blocks.
Your lookup table is configured with appropriate recertification filters.
You’ve enabled the correct recertification recipes in Integration Hub.

Recertification mode ensures that outdated D&B enrichment data is removed and replaced with updated information. You can trigger recertification through scheduled batch jobs or automatically when unmerge events occur.

Enable connections for recertification mode

To enable connections:

Navigate to Base > Recipes > Assets > Recipes > Connections.
Enable all connections used for monitoring, batch, and real-time enrichment.

Note: The recertification flows reuse D&B platform, S3, and SDK connections already enabled for other modes.

Populate environment properties for recertification mode

To populate environment properties:

Navigate to Tools > Properties.
Set the following properties:
- Reltio Export Filter Conditions for Recertification — Mandatory. Defines which records qualify for cleanup.
- Monitoring Registration Limit — Optional. Restricts how many DUNS can be re-enriched.
- Excluded Sources — Required. Prevents internal or cleanser data from being deleted.

Enable recipes for recertification mode

To enable recipes:

Navigate to Projects > {Project Name} > {Location}.
Enable these batch and real-time recertification recipes:
- D&B | TRG | Recertification Batch Enrichment
- D&B | PROC | Recertification Batch D&B Crosswalk Extraction
- D&B | PROC | Recertification Real Time D&B Crosswalk Extraction
- D&B | PROC | Recertification Real Time & Batch - D&B Crosswalk Deletion
- D&B | PROC | Batch Enrichment - Recertification Multi Process extmatch (Batch)
- D&B | PROC | Real Time Enrichment – Recertification
- D&B | TRG-SQS | Real Time SQS Enrichment - Create, Update and Unmerge Events

After you configure recertification mode, you can:

Run scheduled recertification jobs to clean and reprocess stale D&B crosswalks.
Trigger real-time recertification when unmerge events occur in your tenant.
Use lookup filters to control which records are selected for re-enrichment.
Preserve tenant data hygiene by ensuring only valid D&B enrichments are retained.
