Prebuilt integration for Salesforce with RIH

Learn about the prebuilt integration for Salesforce with RIH.

Reltio Integration for Salesforce (with RIH) offers prebuilt recipes to sync your data between Reltio and Salesforce. These recipes are out-of-the-box mapping setups related to Reltio's B2B and Healthcare velocity packs. Use them as they are, or modify them according to your requirements and specifications. For more information, see topic RIH recipes for Salesforce Integration.

To deploy the recipes in your RIH account in your Dev tenant, contact your Reltio CSM. For more information, see Need some help?.

When new updates are available, we'll send notifications. Note that the prebuilt integration is not automatically upgraded, so please request access to the latest version of the prebuilt integration package. Once you receive the latest version, do one of the following:

  • Install the package and manually change or migrate all customer mappings and business logic that you added.

  • Selectively upgrade the RIH elements that were added or modified in the new version. Then change or import all customer mappings and business logic that you added.
